1. Free non-commercial beta
EroClub24 is currently provided as a free, non-commercial beta dating and social service for adults. There are currently no subscriptions, paid boosts, paid creator services, commissions, advertising sales or fees for using the service.
The beta may change, be interrupted or be discontinued while features, safety controls and technical infrastructure are tested. If EroClub24 later introduces monetisation or begins operating on a commercial basis, the legal information and these Terms will be reviewed and updated before those commercial features are enabled.

2. Adults only
- You must be at least 18 years old to create or use an EroClub24 account.
- Registration requires your date of birth and an explicit 18+ confirmation.
- Do not create an account for a minor, allow a minor to use your account, portray yourself as a minor for sexual interaction, or use EroClub24 to contact minors sexually.
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep your account credentials secure.
- You may not sell, transfer, rent or share access to your account.
3. Dating only — no paid sexual-services marketplace
EroClub24 is for consensual adult dating and social interaction. It is not an escort agency, prostitution marketplace, booking service or intermediary for paid sexual services.
- Do not offer, request, advertise, arrange or broker sexual acts in exchange for money, gifts, accommodation, transport, cryptocurrency or another financial benefit.
- Do not publish rates, hourly prices, sexual-service menus, booking instructions, escort advertisements or similar commercial offers.
- Do not recruit, manage, control or profit from another person providing sexual services.
- If EroClub24 introduces paid features in the future, they must never be used to arrange payment for an in-person sexual act.
4. Lawful and respectful use
- Do not impersonate another person or materially misrepresent your identity.
- Do not harass, threaten, exploit, stalk, traffic, groom, coerce or intimidate another person.
- Do not publish illegal, hateful, sexually exploitative, fraudulent or malicious content.
- Do not share non-consensual intimate imagery, secretly recorded intimate material, sexual content involving minors, or threats to publish intimate content.
- Do not scrape the service, operate unauthorized bots, bypass access controls, probe security, or interfere with normal operation.
- Do not publish another person’s sensitive private information or precise private location without permission.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of content you create and upload. You grant EroClub24 a non-exclusive licence to host, store, process, display and transmit that content only as necessary to operate, secure and moderate the service.
You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to publish your content. If an identifiable person appears in intimate or sexual content, you must have that person’s permission to publish it.
Content may be retained for a limited period where necessary for security, backups, disputes, abuse investigations or legal obligations.
6. Reporting and moderation
Users may report profiles, posts, comments and messages through EroClub24 reporting tools.
We may reject, hide or remove content, restrict functionality, suspend accounts or terminate accounts where reasonably necessary to enforce these rules, protect users, investigate abuse or comply with law.
Where appropriate, users will be given information about significant moderation restrictions and may contact support to challenge a decision or provide additional context.
7. Consent between users
Consent to sexual or intimate activity must be voluntary, specific and ongoing and may be withdrawn at any time.
A match, message, stated preference, exchanged image or previous encounter never creates continuing consent.
View-once media cannot prevent screenshots, screen recordings or capture outside EroClub24.
8. Complaints, availability and changes
Complaints concerning an account, moderation, privacy, safety or technical operation may be submitted through Legal & Safety → Contact Support.
Because EroClub24 is a beta, features may be added, changed, suspended or removed and uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed.
These Terms may be updated when the service, law or operating model changes. Material changes will be communicated through EroClub24 or another appropriate channel.
