1. Scope and beta status
This Privacy Policy applies when you use the EroClub24 free, non-commercial beta.
EroClub24 does not currently operate paid subscriptions, paid boosts, advertising sales, creator payments or commissions. Introducing monetisation would require a review of the operating model, privacy information and other legal notices before commercial features are enabled.

2. Information you provide
- Account information such as email address, nickname, password credentials in protected form and email-verification state.
- Profile information such as display name, date of birth, city/country, biography, interests, languages, preferences and profile photographs.
- Dating and discovery preferences that may reveal or concern sex life or sexual orientation.
- Content you create, including posts, comments, reactions, favorites, messages and media attachments.
- Reports, support requests and consent records.
3. Special-category data and explicit consent
Some dating preferences or profile information may reveal information concerning sex life or sexual orientation and can constitute special-category personal data.
Where processing of this information relies on explicit consent, EroClub24 requests that consent separately from acceptance of the Terms and records the consent timestamp and policy version.
You may withdraw that consent for future processing. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal. Features that require the withdrawn sensitive information may then be disabled or reset.
4. Information generated through use
- Authentication sessions, timestamps and security events.
- Online/presence information and last-active time.
- Profile visits, conversation membership, read receipts and moderation state.
- Technical information needed for security and operation, such as IP address, user agent, request logs and diagnostic data.
5. Why information is used
- To create and operate accounts and profiles.
- To provide discovery, favorites, messaging, notifications and content features.
- With explicit consent where required, to use sensitive dating-preference information for discovery and matching features.
- To protect users, investigate reports, prevent abuse and enforce Community Guidelines.
- To prevent fraud, unauthorized access and technical misuse.
- To comply with applicable legal obligations and valid legal requests.
- To diagnose faults and improve reliability, accessibility and usability.
6. Location privacy
EroClub24 uses city/country and location-related information to support local discovery. Public-facing features should not expose another user’s precise coordinates or exact home location.
Do not enter a precise private address into a public profile or public post unless you intentionally want that information to be public.
7. Sharing and processors
- Other users receive information that you intentionally make visible through profiles, content and interactions.
- Hosting, storage, email, security and technical infrastructure providers may process information as necessary to provide the service.
- Information may be disclosed where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect users, rights, safety or service integrity.
- EroClub24 does not currently sell user data or operate an advertising-data marketplace.
8. Retention and security
Personal data is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for account operation, safety, dispute resolution, abuse prevention, backups and applicable legal obligations.
Deleted content may remain temporarily in backups or enforcement records where retention is necessary and proportionate.
Security measures include authenticated access, authorization controls, encrypted transport, password hashing and controlled media storage. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
9. Your privacy rights
- Request access to personal data about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Request deletion where applicable.
- Request restriction of processing where applicable.
- Object to certain processing where applicable.
- Request portability of eligible data.
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
- Lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection authority.
10. Automated recommendations and AI
EroClub24 may use automated systems to rank or recommend profiles or content. Where enabled, the main factors should be explained, such as chosen preferences, age range, city/country, interests, activity or interactions.
AI-generated or materially AI-manipulated profile media should be identified where required. EroClub24 should not silently infer highly sensitive sexual characteristics from private communications for advertising or unrelated purposes.
